Role Overview:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for co-leading the strategic vision and executing our plan - reporting into the Head of Marketing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Oversight:
Brand Development: Co-lead with the Head of Marketing in strategic planning, development, and implementation of brand initiatives to build and strengthen Bounce Back's market presence.
Consistency Management: Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
2. Marketing Campaign & Social Media Management:
Campaign Strategy: Collaboratively conceptualise and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, email marketing, and experiential marketing events aligned with brand goals.
Cross-channel Integration: Coordinate and align messaging across multiple marketing channels, working cross-functionally to maintain cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Social Media Management: Working with our Social Media Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring we build a cohesive and engaging social media plan.
3. Influencer Relations:
Influencer Partnerships: Strategically identify and build partnerships with influencers whose values, style, and audiences complement Bounce Back's brand ethos.
Campaign Execution: Manage influencer campaigns comprehensively, including negotiations, content planning, execution oversight, and results analysis.
4. Market Insights and Analysis:
Market Trends: Monitor market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities to proactively refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Audience Research: Leverage consumer insights and market research data to inform brand positioning and tailor messaging effectively to target demographics.
5. Reporting and Strategic Communication:
Performance Metrics: Oversee the analysis and reporting of campaign effectiveness, highlighting achievements, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding future strategic direction.
Team Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with internal teams and closely partner with the Head of Marketing to align brand activities with broader company strategies and goals. Oversee a Social Media Manager responsible for day-to-day social media operations, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
6. Supporting the Sales Function:
Events Support: To lead the collaboration and execution of sales-led events
Trade Activation Management: Build plans to grow and strengthen customer relationships and to drive rate of sale.
General support tasks: Become a valued partner with the sales team to go after key opportunities to grow the brand.
Experience & Skills Required/Information:
3+ Years Marketing Experience
Food & Drink/FMCG Experience preferred
Glasgow/Hybrid Role - Access to Spaces Co-working Globally but expected in the office 2-3 days a week

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
