El Cafecito Limited is a creative lifestyle and coffee brand in Stratford, East London. We connect people through coffee, culture and community--operating a cafe space and an outdoor venue for markets, pop-ups, and creative collaborations, alongside our digital channels.

The role

We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand positioning and audience growth across online and offline channels. You'll build partnerships, create compelling content, and deliver community-led activations that strengthen our presence in East London's multicultural scene.

What you'll do

Develop and execute the brand strategy across social, web, email and in-person activations. Create and manage bilingual digital content (English + Mandarin or Spanish) to grow reach and engagement. Plan and deliver campaigns, collaborations and community projects with creators, organisations and local partners. Oversee the content calendar; brief and coordinate design/production where needed. Track performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and turn insights into actions. Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone of voice and customer experience. Support event-led brand activations and on-site communications at our venue.

What you'll bring

Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing/Communications/Business/Media, plus relevant experience in brand, marketing or partnerships. Strong grasp of social media, content creation and community growth. Proven ability to manage collaborations, campaigns and stakeholder relationships. Confident with analytics and reporting; able to translate data into strategy. Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable in a small, fast-moving team. Bilingual English and Mandarin or Spanish, with cultural awareness of East Asian or Spanish-speaking audiences. Nice to have: basic design/creative skills (e.g., Canva/Adobe) and experience in lifestyle/creative/community sectors.
