Ensures a strong, coherent brand identity that reflects the authenticity, quality, and cultural heritage of Indian cuisine
Balances traditional brand values with broad appeal to the UK customer market
Plays a critical role in safeguarding brand consistency during business growth and scaling
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain clear brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines
Ensure consistent use of brand elements (visual identity, language, and presentation) across all platforms and locations
Oversee brand presentation in:
Restaurant interiors and customer-facing touchpoints
Catering services and events
Retail and takeaway packaging
Marketing and promotional campaigns
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align brand strategy with customer experience
Ensure customer interactions and communications consistently reflect brand values and standards
Monitor and analyse customer feedback, brand perception, and market trends
Use insights to refine and evolve brand strategy over time
Protect brand integrity as the business scales, ensuring consistency across regions and channels
Support new site launches and service expansions with strong brand alignment
Requirements
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role
Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity management
Experience working with multi-location or scaling businesses (hospitality or food & beverage preferred)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational and creative teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer insights and market data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of the UK consumer market; experience with culturally rooted or heritage brands is an advantage
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Passion for food, hospitality, and culturally authentic brand storytelling
