This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
We're looking for a strategic Brand Manager to lead our delivery and digital value plans across McDonalds UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape consumer experience, drive McDelivery growth and lead digital value initiatives in one of the most respected and award-winning marketing functions in the country.
What You'll Be Doing:
Help develop and execute a long-term McDelivery & Digital Value strategy with clear KPIs for success
Work closely with agency partners to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns
Use consumer insights to create data-driven marketing decisions.
Manage budgets, timelines, and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives.
Partner with senior stakeholders, franchisees, and third-party operators to drive success.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in McDelivery and Digital Value
Lead and coach direct reports, developing future marketing talent
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Brand marketing expertise as a Brand Manager or experienced Assistant Brand Manager looking for the next step
Experience of helping manager and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Experience in budget ownership & project leadership.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment across multiple projects
A self-starter mindset, ambitious to drive growth & innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for digital innovation and delivery
