The Brand Manager role will be based in our offices in Maidenhead and will need to develop and drive commercially viable strategies for the brand in collaboration with the wider brand team. This will include promotion and education to drive increased uptake.


Objective:

To position our product for continued growth through development and delivery of the brand plan in collaboration with the matrix brand team Ensure the brand meets/exceeds its Plan number through implementation of the brand plan Support the implementation of key strategic initiatives across the full marketing mix; ensuring an industry leading and coordinated approach to drive success.

Key responsibilities:

Working in the matrix environment of the Brand Team to develop powerful marketing strategies for the product, through the annual brand plan cycle, securing buy-in for these through the leadership team Working in the matrix environment of the Brand Team to drive implementation of the agreed marketing strategies for the product Innovate, build and execute a strong omni-channel Management plan to maximise opportunities across our channel and stakeholder mix in order to strengthen and imbed promotional campaigns Develop customer journey maps and experience flows to deliver impactful engagement via appropriate channels in order to drive changes in behaviour with key stakeholders To plan and execute educational platforms as defined by the brand plan To effectively manage External Expert relationships across the UK in line with implementing the Brand Plan As a core member of the brand team, work cross-functionally to develop customer engagement strategies including seeking peer to peer opportunities from a national to a local level To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget and deliver on the Brand Plan Drive a high standard of compliance with all communications and initiatives


Qualifications



Qualifications & Experience

Relevant Brand Manager experience or previous proven broad marketing experience including: + supporting the delivery of a multi-stakeholder brand plan
+ specific experience working across multiple channels specifically digital experience with measurable outcomes
+ specific experience of patient activation campaigns
+ examples of digital activation of HCPs and alternative stakeholders within the healthcare space or examples of other innovative approaches to understand customer behaviour / drive behaviour change
+ proven experience in delivering insights-based marketing strategies
+ experience of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of activities
Proven track record of success in Marketing; launch experience valued Science / Life Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Additional marketing qualifications an advantage ABPI qualified is not essential but desirable
