Brand Manager Oncology

Job Description

The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability across Ipsen's oncology portfolio.


This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities



Co-develop and implement brand strategies and operational plans for oncology products. Lead cross-functional brand teams and ensure alignment across business units. Monitor brand performance and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Collaborate with field teams to adapt global campaigns to the UK market. Engage with key stakeholders including HCPs, payers, and opinion leaders to support brand objectives. Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Candidate Profile



Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (CIM or ABPI qualification preferred). 1+ year of the pharmaceutical marketing experience in specialty medicines (oncology experience preferred). Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and pharmaceutical market. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. * Familiarity with the ABPI Code of Practice.
