Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The

Brand Manager

is responsible for driving product performance, optimisation, and growth across our Amazon and eCommerce platforms. This role ensures that our products are presented in the most compelling way possible, pricing strategies remain competitive, and advertising campaigns drive maximum impact.

The Brand Manager collaborates closely with internal teams, including

PPC, design, logistics and sourcing

, to ensure smooth brand operations. This role requires a

strong mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and project management

to drive revenue growth and maintain brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities



Product Listing & Creative Management



o??Develop and refine

Secondary Image and A+ Image Creative Briefs

to enhance product conversion rates.

o??Ensure product benefits are showcased in the most

visually appealing

and

customer-friendly

manner.

o??Provide

feedback

on design deliverables to ensure quality and effectiveness.

o??Implement

listing optimisations

, collaborating with the Listing Specialist for execution.

Pricing & Promotions



o??Manage and execute

price adjustments

depending on market trends.

o??Implement

deal strategies

provided by the Brand Director to enhance sales performance.

Advertising & PPC



o??Work alongside the

PPC team

to create and refine

new ad campaigns

.

o??Oversee

ad campaign monitoring and adjustments

to improve performance.

o??Provide

input on major PPC adjustments

as required.

Inventory & Logistics



o??

Liaise with sourcing teams

to ensure projects are progressing efficiently and all information is accurate.

To ensure new product launches and new orders go to schedule and liaise with all relevant stakeholders.

o??

Create Purchase Orders

in collaboration with the sourcing team, ensuring timely and accurate supplier communication.

Reporting & Data Management



o??Generate

weekly performance reports

to track key metrics and identify improvement opportunities. To report directly to the Brand Director and the Director of Business Development, where applicable.

o??Maintain and update

ClickUp workflows

for streamlined task and project management.

Quality Control & Brand Integrity



o??Monitor and

flag product quality or listing issues

to the sourcing team and Brand Director.

o??Ensure product listings are

fully compliant

with Amazon and marketplace regulations.

Product Development & Expansion



o??

Collaborate on packaging design

to ensure accurate product information, strong branding, and an enhanced customer experience.

Cross-Platform Brand Optimisation



o??Work with platform specialists to

optimise listings on eBay and other non-Amazon sales channels

.

Experimentation & Customer Insights



o??Manage

polling and A/B testing experiments

to improve product listing performance and conversion rates.

: No direct reports, but manages execution with various teams
