Field-based, Glasgow & Surrounding Areas (with remote/digital work)
Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to take on a full-time position as our Brand Ambassador and Sales & Digital Activation Manager. This hybrid role blends on-the-ground B2B sales and account management with digital savvy - including Amazon, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce operations.
The successful candidate will drive growth by nurturing on-trade relationships, securing new listings, and also ensuring a strong online brand presence and customer journey.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Trade Sales & Field Marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail stockists.
Provide activation support - including POS materials, tastings, and training.
Identify and convert new sales leads across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bute & surrounding areas
Deliver promotional activity to drive rate of sale (e.g. menu placements, staff incentives).
Represent Isle of Bute Distillery at events, tastings, and industry activations.
2. Digital Sales & Account Activation
Oversee the performance and upkeep of our Amazon listings (FBM), collaborating with logistics and customer service where needed.
Use Klaviyo (or similar) to manage email marketing flows and campaign sends.
Activate and support online customer accounts with timely communication and retention tools.
Assist with digital sales campaigns across Shopify, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
Report on digital channel performance and identify conversion improvement opportunities.
3. Brand Content & Social Presence
Support content creation for social media (reels, stories, lives, giveaways).
Maintain community engagement across platforms, responding to DMs and comments where needed.
Coordinate photography and content from stockists and events to build visual brand equity.
4. Reporting & Strategy
Submit fortnightly reports including hours worked, customer updates, sales growth, and lead tracking.
Collaborate with the wider team on forecasting, stock planning, and campaign ideas.
Attend quarterly strategy sessions and minimum 3 Keep-In-Touch (KIT) days on Bute.
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with B2B sales experience, ideally in drinks/hospitality.
Digital know-how: experience with Amazon Seller Central, email platforms, or e-commerce.
Comfortable with social media and content (no need to be an influencer - just organised).
Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-managed - you'll be representing the brand in the field.
Driving licence required.

role: ~37.5 hours/week (flexible scheduling).
Base salary
