Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven
Brand Manager
to lead the development and growth of the British Version coffee brand. This role will oversee brand strategy, market positioning, product marketing, and customer engagement, helping shape the identity and commercial success of our coffee products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform brand decisions
Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to support business goals
Monitor brand performance and provide regular reporting and insights
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of brand development and consumer behaviour
Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or coffee industry (preferred)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
