We're partnering with a well-established business in the West Midlands who are looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with strong brand experience to take ownership of brand positioning, campaigns and overall brand strategy within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.The Role:
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, consistency and customer engagement across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you'll help shape the brand direction, support product launches and ensure the brand resonates with both new and existing audiences.Key Responsibilities:Manage and evolve the brand strategy in line with company objectivesDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibilityOwn brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpointsWork with internal teams to align brand messaging across digital, print, PR and eventsAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesSupport product marketing activity, including go-to-market plans and messagingManage agency relationships and support budget managementReport on brand performance and ROI metricsAbout You:Proven experience in a brand-led marketing roleStrong understanding of brand development and positioningConfident managing campaigns from ideation through to executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentA creative thinker with strong attention to detailAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
