We are now seeking a Brand Manager to help shape and elevate the Thomas James Bespoke identity across every channel--working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and customer experience.

Your Role


As Brand Manager, you'll act as the guardian of our visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and elegance at every touchpoint. You'll work closely with our in-house Marketing Manager, aligning digital output and paid media with the overall brand narrative. You will also supervise all brand shoots and content production, ensuring every image, video, and asset produced reflects the premium aesthetic and tone of our brand.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy & Identity


Define and implement a cohesive brand strategy that reflects our luxury positioning and supports commercial growth.

Campaign & Creative Oversight


Lead the development of brand-led campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and new collection launches--ensuring creative output aligns with the brand.

Content & Design Direction


Guide and review content creation across all formats--print, web, social, showroom--ensuring it aligns with our visual language and tone of voice.

Content Shoot Supervision


Plan, brief, and supervise all brand photo and video shoots to ensure styling, lighting, composition, and storytelling are on-brand and of the highest standard.

Digital & Paid Media Alignment


Partner with our Marketing Manager to ensure all digital advertising and social media output reinforces the brand voice and vision.

Customer Journey & Experience


Elevate the customer journey--both online and in the showroom--through consistent, refined branding across every interaction.

Insight & Reporting


Use analytics to assess campaign performance and brand engagement, continually refining strategy for greater impact.

Brand Partnerships & PR


Support media outreach, influencer relationships, and strategic brand collaborations to grow visibility and reputation.

About You



3+ years in brand, marketing, or creative strategy--ideally in the luxury, interiors, or lifestyle space A strong aesthetic eye and deep appreciation for craftsmanship and premium design Experience leading or directing high-quality brand shoots (photo and video) Excellent communication and storytelling skills Skilled at working cross-functionally with marketers, creatives, and founders Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
