Job Description

The Acorn Group are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager. This role will be expected to support the brand and product marketing teams with aims to own communications across the policy journey, create and update comms to promote customer understanding and to support the product marketing team in the creation of high performing campaign assets.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for researching, planning, creating, amending and managing approvals for our brand communications across several of our groups brands.

up to 41,000 depending on experience

Location:

Liverpool City Centre with hybrid working available

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm



Research and build out a thorough view of the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement Develop brand communications to support business objectives Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure all stakeholders are consulted Manage Customer Journey deep dives alongside the Customer Marketing team Ensure that all communications that are created fit the brand guidelines and best practice High-quality, brand consistent customer comms Increased effectiveness of communications across the purchase journey and during policy lifetime Become expert in the best practice brand comms across the company

What we are looking for:



Proactive - willing to get stuck in and make sure things get done well and on time Self-motivated - keen to learn and find the answer if there isn't an obvious solution Inquisitive - shows real interest in how the Acorn Group works and who its people are Collaborative- able to work with people from many different departments Organised - turns up on time, strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects Demonstrable experience in working in brand or customer marketing Strong writing skills and ability to feedback on design best practice Experience in project managing marketing programs/campaigns Expert with digital communication tools Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships at all levels and communicates effectively and sensitively with customers Brings positive energy; inspires a culture of willingness, collaboration and high performance Experience working with CRM systems to drive business goals would be beneficial to this role Experience working in financial services would be advantageous but not required
