  • Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
  • To drive incremental revenue through the implementation of e-campaigns and traditional marketing activities that incentivise customers to buy, strengthen relationships with customers and/or drive awareness of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s products and services. This must be achieved within a specific cost budget
  • Regularly check and update content and imagery on hotel website, Food & Beverage website, Hilton external tools & 3rd party websites to ensure that the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s online presence is relevant and up to date at all times
  • Day-to-Day Social Media planning, content creation and performance analysis
  • Producing and amending marketing materials, including items such as, but not limited to: flyers, brochures, menus, leaflets, posters, website copy. Create branded items such as stationery and merchandise & oversee the consistency of all hotel communication tools
  • Plan and execute press releases, press tours/fam trips and overall press relations along with booking in media visits and coordinating activity during stay
  • Work proactively with 3rd party marketing and PR agencies as appropriate
  • Work proactively with the London regional marketing team/any other Hilton Sales and Marketing teams to leverage the commercial expertise and resources available within Hilton for the benefit of the hotel
  • Responsible for measuring the success of all digital and marketing activities (online/offline including media coverage), promotions & campaigns, and producing performance reports (weekly/monthly) for all key stakeholders
  • Participate in all internal and external digital/marketing meetings and attend relevant industry events, training workshops and tradeshows
  • Be actively involved in the planning, review and reporting of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s commercial plan demonstrating a strong business acumen.
  • Meet and cultivate relationships with potential partners that will have not only cultural value but will result in rooms and event sales.
  • Work with the General Manager and Commercial Director to help execute events and projects related to marketing and brand partnerships
