Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and hands-on Brand Marketing Executive to support our brand and marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints. Reporting into the Product Brand Manager, this all-rounder will play a key role in supporting brand visibility through trade shows, showroom styling, marketing collateral, and cross-functional collaboration with the design and merchandising teams.

As the business continues to grow, exciting new marketing opportunities are emerging. This role is ideal for someone who's keen to get stuck into a variety of marketing tasks -- from lookbooks and retail displays to social media content creation. A broad knowledge of marketing disciplines (or a willingness to learn) is a big plus. A passion for the beauty industry and an eye for what's current and culturally relevant is a must.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Brand Marketing Executive:



Trade Show Support



Travel to and support the setup and styling of trade show stands, including prop selection and display styling. Note this could be international travel. Create accurate planograms to ensure product merchandising is consistent and brand-appropriate. Assist with brand visuals and messaging are correctly implemented across all trade events. Work closely with the Product Brand Manager and collaboratively with design and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Showroom Assistance



Assist with the visual merchandising and styling of the showroom Create accurate planograms to ensure product merchandising is consistent and brand-appropriate. Ensure displays are regularly refreshed to reflect current launches and seasonal themes, with the showroom maintained to the highest standard, showcasing correct, undamaged packaging and all new ranges at launch. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth organisation of all showroom meetings Collaborate with the design teams to help bring the brand story to life in a physical space through any graphics and photography assets required Creation of customer gift / sample bags are pre-packed and ready to go

Marketing & Content Support



Support the development of marketing materials including lookbooks, sales decks, digital marketing assets and social content Handle marketing-related requests from the merchandising team, creating varied assets for global retailers and distributors Assist with social media planning and content creation, including UGC-style and product videos for digital platforms, while staying ahead of beauty and cultural trends to keep content fresh and relevant Working on the development of Quest and Quest brand websites including, product upload, redesign and briefing in design team for relevant assets. Provide ad hoc support across the wider marketing function, from copywriting to influencer campaign execution, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

A creative and detail-oriented marketing all-rounder with a hands-on attitude Comfortable traveling and working in dynamic, event-driven environments Passionate about branding, styling, and storytelling. Comfortable hopping between different types of marketing projects, from physical brand environments to digital marketing. Collaborative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about working across departments. Love for the beauty industry is a must!

Requirements:



1+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing or a similar role. Strong visual eye for product styling and merchandising. Confident in creating social-first video content, ideally for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Passionate about social media and up to date with current trends and digital culture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop) or similar tools is a bonus. Comfortable with global travel to support trade shows and exhibitions.

Desirable but not essential:

Experience in the beauty, fashion or similar industries.

Bonus:

Photography, video editing, or basic design skills.
