We're looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to help us take our brands to the next level. Reporting into our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, creating and delivering strategic, creative, and commercially focused campaigns that drive sales, customer growth, and brand loyalty.

What you'll be doing

Leading on integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals Turning trading priorities into clear, actionable plans across all customer touchpoints Owning the marketing content calendar, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard Creating and overseeing content strategies for social, email, blog, web, and paid channels Writing engaging copy for campaigns, websites, press releases, and more Building and nurturing relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI, and using insights to optimise future activity Supporting and mentoring team members to help them thrive Presenting campaign plans and results to senior stakeholders with confidence
What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year experience as Marketing Exec level A strategic, commercially minded marketer who can link activity to business outcomes A creative storyteller with a flair for fresh ideas and engaging content Analytical, data-driven, and confident making recommendations for improvement Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at once A collaborative and engaging team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Resilient, adaptable, proactive and ready to make bold decisions
