Royalcraft has been designing and supplying quality outdoor furniture since 1990, trusted by homeowners and retailers for over 35 years. In 2025, we are expanding into indoor furniture, creating a seamless flow between home and garden with designs inspired by nature, wellness, and biophilic living. We are on an exciting journey of growth, launching into new product categories, developing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence, and partnering with leading UK retailers such as M&S, Next, and Very.

About the Role



As Brand Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Royalcraft's marketing activity across digital, trade, and consumer channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, PR, SEO, and paid media agencies, you'll help build our evolving lifestyle brand through campaigns, engaging content, and activations.

This role is hands-on and varied , one day you could be scheduling an email campaign, briefing Meta ads performance, or producing social media content, the next coordinating a lifestyle photoshoot, supporting a new product launch, or preparing assets for a trade show.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Marketing Manager in planning and delivering brand campaigns across digital, trade, and retail. Develop brand collateral in partnership with the Graphic Designer (POS, brochures, presentations, digital banners). Create, schedule, and analyse social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Manage email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo): briefing, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation. Liaise with PR, SEO, affiliate, and paid media agencies to maximise campaign performance. Assist in briefing, monitoring, and reporting on Meta ads performance (supporting agency and internal tracking). Plan, organise, and support photoshoots (product, lifestyle, and campaign), ensuring assets meet brand standards. Help deliver events, launches, and trade shows, from pre-event marketing to on-the-day support and follow-up. Manage day-to-day trade marketing requests and retailer promotions. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform campaign strategies. Track KPIs and prepare marketing reports with recommendations. Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Skills & Experience



4-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, interiors, or retail brands. Strong understanding of digital channels including Meta Ads Manager, social media, email marketing, and SEO. Experience creating and managing social media content (organic & paid). Experience coordinating photoshoots, events, or trade shows. Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to report on campaign ROI. Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a strong eye for brand storytelling. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Competent in marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
