Central London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Base Salary up to 45,000 + Generous Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative, results-driven marketing campaigns for a portfolio of International flagship B2B events. These events are established, successful and grow year on year - it's a lucrative and exciting portfolio to be involved with.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Craft and deliver creative, insight-led marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Take full ownership of brand direction, defining purpose, vision, and measurable objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Build and nurture your event audience through smart targeting, compelling content, and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Monitor brand performance, track ROI, and continuously optimise through analytics and experimentation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage and motivate a junior marketing team member, guiding campaign execution and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with design, sales, and production teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful.
  • Manage campaign budgets with a sharp focus on value, effectiveness, and innovation.
What You'll Bring:
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Around 2-3 years' of experience in a b2b events marketing role.
  • A strong understanding of brand strategy and full-spectrum marketing, from concept to conversion.
  • Confidence in using data and insight to shape decisions, with experience tracking performance against KPIs.
  • A mix of creative flair and commercial thinking, with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience across a range of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, automation, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and social/PPC campaign management is a bonus.
