The Role

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who is ready to take ownership of Siip Hydrate's next chapter. This is not just a job. It is a chance to shape the direction of a start-up, execute bold ideas, and hold real equity in something you believe in.

What you will be working on:

Leading all things marketing and customer including strategy, social, Amazon, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and more. Building our presence across TikTok, Instagram, e-mail marketing, Amazon, and key brand partnerships. Driving our DTC strategy to increase efficiency, boost traffic, and improve conversion. Creating clever, high-impact campaigns that grow our audience and build community. Tracking performance, analysing results, and making smart changes to optimise ROI. Staying ahead of customer and market trends while spotting new opportunities for growth.
We are looking for someone who:

Has 4+ years in brand, digital, or e-commerce marketing. Knows how to grow a brand-led community. Can switch seamlessly between creative content creation and big-picture campaign planning. Is brave enough to try new things and confident enough to back their ideas. Thrives on autonomy and takes full ownership of their work. Is as comfortable being in front of the camera as well as behind it. Balances creativity with commercial thinking and results-focused decision-making.
