Brand Marketing Manager



We are expanding our Marketing team and looking for a

Brand Marketing Manager

to lead brand building, PR campaigns, product launches, and partnerships across Europe. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for a marketer with FMCG or food industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and consumer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing?



You will take full ownership of

brand marketing campaigns

,

PR activations, and new product development

- driving awareness, trial, and loyalty for Lee Kum Kee across Europe. With a strong consumer-first mindset, you will identify insights and trends that shape strategy, ensuring that every campaign is

relevant, impactful, and consumer centric.



The role demands strong

project management

skills to juggle multiple initiatives at once, while also being confident in

budget planning and optimisation

to deliver the highest ROI. You'll work collaboratively with digital, category, and sales teams, as well as lead external agencies, to bring ideas to life and build a consistent, premium brand presence.

We're seeking a

seasoned brand marketing specialist

ready to step up into management, with a flair for creativity, proven business acumen, and a genuine passion for food and cooking.

Lead

brand campaigns and product launches

across UK & Europe, from consumer insight and strategy to execution and post-campaign analysis.

Build and own the

PR strategy and event calendar,

ensuring impactful media coverage, brand storytelling, and visibility through sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations.

Manage multiple agencies (creative, media, PR, research) to deliver innovative ideas, effective media planning, and flawless execution.

Develop ATL & BTL communication assets

(social, digital, print, video, events), ensuring consistency and brand excellence across channels.

Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Build and oversee

the annual advertising & PR plan

(online and offline), coordinating placements, content development, and artwork production.

Drive new product development (NPD) and launches, working with category and sales teams to bring innovations to market through exciting, creative-rich campaign communication plans.

Translate consumer insights and trends into actionable marketing strategies and experiences.

Support cross-functional teams with marketing activations, promotions, and tailored materials.

Track campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

Who are we looking for?



5+ years' experience in brand marketing,

ideally within FMCG or food & beverage.

Degree in

Marketing, Communications or related field

(or equivalent).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience in

budget management and financial accountability

.

Excellent written and spoken

English

; proficiency in

Chinese

preferred. Other European languages are a plus.

Creative mindset with

strong copywriting, storytelling, and design sensibility

.

Solid experience managing

PR, agencies, and cross-functional projects

.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge a bonus.

Strong presentation and communication skills - able to create and deliver engaging decks.
