Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead public relations and support integrated brand marketing efforts across the UK region. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, experienced in earned media, storytelling, and campaign execution, with the ability to translate product innovations into compelling narratives for both media and consumers. This is a hands-on role that blends press relations, content creation, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media Engagement:
?Develop and execute strategic PR plans to increase Reolink's visibility across consumer tech, lifestyle, and retail press in UK
?Cultivate media relationships with editors, journalists, and influencers; proactively pitch storylines that highlight Reolink's innovation and value
?Manage PR activations, media events, and product seeding campaigns from concept to execution
?Write press releases, media pitches, briefing materials, bylines, and other press-ready content
?Monitor media coverage, analyze competitive activity, and provide actionable insights to inform messaging and strategic direction
?Collaborate with and manage PR agency partners and freelancers as needed
?Serve as a media liaison and brand representative for press briefings, events, or partner meetings
Brand & Marketing Support:
?Support go-to-market campaigns for new products and retail initiatives (e.g., Best Buy, Amazon, Costco) through PR tie-ins and brand storytelling
?Localize global campaigns for UK, aligning with cultural moments, seasonal events, and regional media preferences
?Assist in the development of influencer briefs and identification of creator partners to support launches and product awareness
?Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ and local teams to support creative asset development, messaging, and campaign planning
Qualifications:
?5-8 years of experience in PR, brand communications, or marketing; consumer tech, electronics, or lifestyle experience preferred
?Demonstrated success in media relations and earned media strategy
?Excellent writing and content development skills, including but not limited to press releases, blogs, briefing books, pitches, and other communication materials.
?Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
?Experience using tools such as MuckRack, Cision, or similar
?A collaborative and resourceful mindset with a strong attention to detail
?Experience with agency management and event execution is a plus
