The Role

You'll be right at the heart of operations, supporting both marketing and delivery teams. It's a hands-on, varied role that gives you real exposure across the business and the chance to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects. Here is what you will do:

Help shape new travel experiences and itineraries Assist with marketing campaigns and engaging social media content Provide key support to the CEO and senior leadership Build and maintain supplier relationships, including negotiation support Contribute to delivering exceptional, creative customer experiences

What We're Looking For

Strong record of previous experience A proactive mindset and the confidence to share your ideas A strong work ethic and real hunger to learn Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment Great communication and teamworking skills A 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification (we also welcome completed apprenticeships)
