Key Objective

To generate high-quality brand partnership opportunities that result in increased meetings, follow-ups, and ultimately revenue for ThreeSixtyTV. The candidate will be instrumental in helping position ThreeSixtyTV in front of athletes, global brands, and key decision-makers.

Core Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant brands and partnership opportunities

Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

Schedule and coordinate meetings between brands and company directors

Follow up on initial contacts and ensure ongoing communication

Report on weekly outreach metrics and performance

Collaborate with internal teams on partnership strategy
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong research abilities (search techniques, lead qualification, prospecting)

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, and similar tools

Confident communicator (written and verbal)

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Organised and consistent in follow-ups and reporting

Interest or background in PR, media, brand partnerships, or recruitment

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Performance Metrics

Weekly outreach targets (e.g., number of emails sent, contacts researched)

Number of qualified meetings secured

Lead-to-meeting conversion rate

Responsiveness and follow-up consistency

Contribution to successful brand partnerships
