Job Description

REFY are looking for a creative, proactive self-starter with a genuine interest in brand marketing and PR. In this role, you'll support the Brand & PR team with daily administrative tasks, event planning, press outreach, and gifting.

You'll help manage relationships with key talent, assist with campaign preparation, and contribute to wider PR initiatives. You'll work closely with the PR and Partnerships team to help deliver campaigns that reflect REFY's brand values and support our ongoing growth.



This is a paid internship at 16 hours per week for a duration of 6 months.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Supporting the Brand & PR team on daily tasks Help with media outreach via email and phone. Assist with PR gifting & product send-outs. Keep media lists, coverage trackers, and reports up to date. Coordinate with PR agencies to support daily tasks Research trends, competitors, and media opportunities. Support with admin duties and general team tasks. Assisting with event planning and project management

ABOUT YOU

Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office An interest in Brand & PR, with an understanding of media landscape, trends, and competitor activity Competent in conducting market, trend, and competitor research Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Confident using the Adobe Suite, but mainly Illustrator.
