Promo Staff / Street Team Members

to help us spread the word and grow the Saloon community across Swansea

Role Overview

You'll be the friendly face of The Saloon -- out in town, online, and at events -- chatting to people, handing out flyers, and making sure everyone knows where to find the best country party in Swansea.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Saloon events, offers, and themed nights around Swansea Engage with potential guests in a positive, energetic, and approachable way Hand out flyers and giveaways in high-footfall areas Support social media promotion and guest list sign-ups Represent the Saloon brand with pride and enthusiasm Occasionally assist during major events or venue activations

What We're Looking For

Outgoing and confident personality -- not afraid to start a conversation Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently or in a small team Passion for nightlife, events, and great customer experiences Social media savvy -- bonus points if you love posting content or have a local following Must be 18+

What We Offer

Flexible shifts (mainly evenings and weekends) Hourly pay plus commission / bonuses for strong performance Free entry and discounts at events A fun, social work environment with opportunities to progress within the venue
