What I am accountable for




Conducting market research and consumer insights analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand propositions that resonate with our target customers, align with the company's objectives, and set the creative juices of our brand communication and channel teams on fire Gaining key stakeholder input, buy in and alignment to our brand plans and propositions Involved in shaping and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and messaging. Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand initiatives, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Contribute to the successful implementation of our brand strategies and the overall growth of our business.

What I need to know and show




You are a dynamic and creative professional passionate about developing compelling brand strategies and propositions. With a deep understanding of the market and consumer insights, you have the expertise to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and translate them into innovative and impactful brand propositions. Your exceptional communication and storytelling skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring these propositions to life, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives. Your strategic mindset combined with attention to detail, enables you to drive the development and execution of brand propositions and initiatives that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of Argos and the wider Sainsbury's business.
