The Role
We are looking for a creative yet results-focused Brand Specialist to elevate IG Prime's brand presence and reputation in the institutional trading space. This role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who can balance creativity with measurable business impact. You will lead our brand campaigns, events calendar, and organic social media presence while conducting valuable market research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand campaigns that enhance IG Prime's position in the institutional market
Manage event sponsorships and brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Curate private events in coordination with our sales team to attract prospects and clients
Lead consumer and market research initiatives to inform brand strategy and positioning
Manage organic social media communications across platforms, building thought leadership content
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality brand assets
Monitor brand perception and competitive landscape through regular market analysis
Measure and report on brand campaign effectiveness, linking activities to business outcomes
Work with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and event organisers
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in B2B or financial services
Strong creative thinking combined with analytical skills to measure brand impact
Experience managing organic social media for professional/B2B audiences
Event marketing or sponsorship management experience, including organising client events or roundtables
Market research experience, including survey design and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with creative agencies and manage external relationships
Project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Understanding of brand metrics and how to connect brand activities to business results
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
