Job Description

Experience & Skills Your Brand Strategist Should Have



1. Personal Branding Expertise



Proven track record in building

personal brands for professionals

(ideally in healthcare, dentistry, or other regulated industries). Experience in

thought leadership positioning

(e.g., getting founders featured in podcasts, articles, speaking opportunities). Ability to craft

social media storytelling

strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube/TikTok if relevant). Experience in

content frameworks

: what type of posts, tone of voice, and visuals reinforce credibility + relatability.

2. Healthcare / Dental Branding Experience



Knowledge of

dental/healthcare sector marketing compliance

(GDC advertising standards, ASA rules, GDPR for patient images). Past projects branding

clinics, medspas, or healthcare practices

-- with examples of

before/after positioning

. Understanding of

patient psychology

and how branding affects trust, loyalty, and referrals. Experience creating

branding assets

(logo, brand guidelines, clinic interiors branding, signage, staff uniforms, website UX flow).

3. Strategic Skillset



Strong in

brand strategy frameworks

: brand purpose, vision/mission, tone of voice, brand archetypes. Ability to define

differentiation

(what makes Dentozenunique in a crowded dental market). Expertise in

competitive market analysis

(benchmarking against other clinics, identifying gaps). Can design

end-to-end brand journeys

(from the first Google search to walking into the clinic).

4. Digital & Creative Marketing



Familiarity with

SEO, website branding, and online reputation management

. Experience in

social media content planning & influencer collaborations

. Ability to oversee

photo/video shoots

to ensure brand consistency (clinic promo, personal brand headshots). Can brief designers/creatives and maintain a consistent brand look across all channels.

5. Portfolio & Proof



Case studies

(how they grew another clinic/brand).

Portfolio of visuals

(logos, websites, campaigns).

Social growth examples

(metrics -- "grew personal brand IG from 2k to 20k in 12 months"). Testimonials or references from previous clients (especially in health/dental).

Pay: From 280.00 per day

Expected hours: 10 per week

Experience:

Branding: 5 years (required) clinics, medspas, or healthcare practices: 3 years (required) personal branding : 2 years (required)
