We are seeking a highly organised and creative Social Media & Customer Experience Manager to help tell the story of our brand across social platforms, while ensuring our community receives timely, engaging support. This is a key role at the heart of our customer and content operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and schedule compelling content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to tell the Magpie Toys story
Work closely with the founder to reflect brand voice and vision
Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for engagement
Respond to customer messages, comments, and enquiries across platforms and email
Support live shows and product drops with real-time updates and engagement
Track and report on engagement performance and community feedback
Contribute ideas for campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts or customer engagement for a brand
Strong writing skills and ability to reflect a unique tone of voice
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Passion for collectibles, pop culture, or e-commerce is a plus
