What You'll Do




This internship offers a fantastic balance between traditional brand marketing and cutting-edge digital acceleration. You'll gain hands-on experience in:

Brand Marketing & Innovation Support (50%)



Market Analysis:

Dive deep into market trends, conduct competitive benchmarking, and analyze market share to uncover key insights.

Concept Development:

Help shape the future of our brands by developing data-driven, consumer-centric recommendations for new concepts.

Engagement & Support:

Assist brand teams and hubs with internal and external engagement, including developing compelling trade stories and support plans.

Innovation Process:

Take the lead on managing the trade samples process and ensuring claims alignment for all new innovation initiatives.

Digitally Accelerating Brand Strategies (50%)



E-commerce Content Leadership:

Bring our brand digital strategy to life by leading the development of e-commerce content for innovations. This includes optimizing for

SEO

, creating comprehensive e-commerce toolkits, and developing

A+ content for Amazon

.

Website Performance:

Assess and maintain our brand websites, working closely with creative agencies to brief and coordinate their efforts, and overseeing localization with our international hubs.

What You'll Bring




We're looking for an enthusiastic and bright individual who is ready to learn and contribute from day one. You should be:

A motivated

university student

who has completed or is currently completing a

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Marketing or Business/Economics (with a focus on Marketing)
