We are now seeking an experienced

Brand / Beauty Trainer

to join our passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent some of the most exclusive professional skincare brands in the world and to educate top industry professionals on delivering their treatments to the highest standard.

About the Role

As a

Trainer

with Embassy of Beauty, you will be the ambassador for our portfolio. You will deliver exceptional training sessions, lead hands-on demonstrations, and ensure every therapist and clinic partner fully understands and embodies the unique philosophies and results-driven protocols of our brands.

This position blends

hands-on expertise in the treatment room

with the ability to

teach, inspire, and uphold the standards

that define Embassy of Beauty.

You will also need to incorporate good sales techniques into your training to allow your trainees to become confident in sales and achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

A passion for advanced skincare ingredients and the physiology of the skin.*

Train therapists on specific treatments to an excellent standard.*

Ability to create results-driven treatments exclusively for Embassy of Beauty*

Ensure consistency and excellence in brand representation and treatment outcomes across all partner sites.

Maintain a deep understanding of each brand's philosophy, formulations, and innovations, communicating these effectively to trainees.

Represent Embassy of Beauty and its portfolio at events.

Working with the marketing team to create content

About You

A qualified therapist with at least 3 years' experience in professional skincare or luxury spa environments. A minimum of NVQ level 3 A teaching qualification is preferred Experience with

Biologique Recherche

or other advanced skincare systems is highly desirable. A confident and engaging communicator who loves teaching, mentoring, and motivating others. Deeply passionate about results-driven, science-backed skincare. Professional, well-organised, and adaptable, with a willingness to travel throughout the UK although mainly London. Expectation of being in the office when not offsite training

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
