Manage and monitor digital and traditional media strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Analyze market trends, patient insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and differentiate STAR Hospitals.
Lead the creation of compelling content for social media, print, outdoor, and digital platforms.
Organize and participate in hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximum ROI.
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster professional growth.
