Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to position STAR Hospitals as a leader in healthcare. Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand identity, tone, and messaging consistency across all channels. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure cohesive and aligned brand communication. Manage and monitor digital and traditional media strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Analyze market trends, patient insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and differentiate STAR Hospitals. Lead the creation of compelling content for social media, print, outdoor, and digital platforms. Organize and participate in hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility. Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to improve performance. Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximum ROI. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster professional growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per month
