Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute cohesive brand strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing and brand team
, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance.
Manage and evolve our social media presence, building engaged communities and driving brand advocacy.
Oversee product marketing including positioning, packaging, and lifecycle strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and all customer touchpoints.
Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to inform brand positioning.
Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance visibility and reputation.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce or oversee high-impact visual content.
Drive B2B initiatives by building and nurturing key partnerships and corporate relationships.
Monitor and optimize marketing performance through data-driven analysis, balancing
creative vision with commercial insight

Partner with internal teams such as sales, creative, and product to ensure unified brand communication.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated
experience leading and scaling brand or marketing teams

Proven success in
developing brand identities
that resonate and convert.
Deep expertise in social media strategy and audience engagement.
Strong creative eye and command of storytelling in both visual and written formats.
Confident in both digital and traditional marketing strategy.
Excellent analytical abilities with a strong grasp of campaign metrics and ROI.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in B2B marketing, including relationship management and lead generation.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
