Job Title: Braze Campaign Builder / Platform Administrator
Location: Paddington (On-site 2 days per week TBC)
Salary/Rate: Up to 430 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: 12th January 2026
Job Type: 3 Month contract (Strong likelihood of extending)
Company Introduction
We are recruiting for a Braze Campaign Builder who is Braze certified, has a technical build skillset and catalogue usage experience to join our client in the telecommunications industry.
Role overview:
The Braze Platform Campaign Builder / Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Braze Customer Engagement Platform. This role ensures proper configuration, governance, and optimisation of the platform to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. The administrator will work closely with marketing, data, and technical teams to enable seamless campaign execution and data integrity.
Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong understanding of Braze platform features and customer engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with technical integrations (APIs, SDKs).
  • Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and workspace structures.
  • Background in digital marketing and campaign orchestration.
Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying languages.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Project management or certification in marketing technology.
Key responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Braze platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
  • Manage API keys, SDK implementations, and technical integrations with other systems.
  • Create and manage user roles, permissions, and workspace structures for secure access.
  • Support marketing teams in campaign planning and customer journey orchestration.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
