Overview

We are seeking a skilled Brazer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. As a Brazer, you will be responsible for assembling and joining metal components using brazing techniques, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.

Duties

Brazing and assembling refrigeration and water pipe circuits within PAC and Chiller products. Pipe size from to 4 1/8 fridge pipes and 15mm to 133mm water pipes Understanding refrigeration and water pipe work schematics Working to strict despatch dates Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble metal parts. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Experience

Ideally trained or willing to be trained to CAT standards and have proven history of brazing or plumbing. Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative. Be a team player. Have good communication skills. Knowledge of refrigeration systems. Proven track record of working with quality initiatives Proven experience in brazing, welding, or metal fabrication is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. A proactive approach to safety and quality assurance in all tasks undertaken.
