Responsibilities
Lay bricks, blocks, and stone in accordance with specifications and drawings.
Construct walls, arches, and other structures with precision.
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Mix mortar and other materials as required for construction tasks.
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the duration of the project.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bricklayer or in a similar role within construction.
Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and materials.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
A valid CSCS card
