ITDN is an established and well known provider of tyre breakdown call management services. From our purpose built offices we handle over 120,000 tyre related incidents per year, operating 24/7. We work with many major tyre manufacturers to offer call handling facilities for them in addition to our ITDN tyre breakdown network.
We have a friendly team and have regular staff events, pension scheme, uniform after qualifying period. We always try to promote from within and are extremely proud of our staff and the quality service they provide.
We are currently looking to employ a breakdown controller to join the 4 days on 4 days off team. Hours would be 7am-7pm with 30 minute paid break.
Experience in customer service is not necessarily required but we do need you to be a team player and willing to learn, keyboard skills are also helpful. There is no selling in this role, you are taking down details, deploying a fitter and managing the breakdown through the process. You will undertake a full training course with us before you are left to work independently. We welcome applicants with no experience but a committed and can do attitude.
