Job Summary: Playworker

We're looking for experienced and motivated childcare professionals in Bath!

Playworkers will help to plan and deliver exciting play opportunities for children aged 3 - 11, keeping children safe and engaged, whilst inspiring them to be the most totally awesome versions of themselves!

Location:

various locations across Bath, inc:
Combe Down, Widcombe, Larkhall, Oldfield Park

There will also be opportunities to work in our holiday clubs and various events.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering high-quality play opportunities. Manage resources and stock. Complete daily paperwork such as registers and risk assessments accurately. Participate in ongoing training. Communicate effectively with the team, parents, and school staff. Maintain knowledge of EYFS and government requirements. Liaise directly with your line manager.

Successful Candidates Must Demonstrate

Excellent communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
