We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Manager to oversee our breakfast service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality breakfast experience for our guests, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to educate team members on best practices in food service and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily breakfast operations, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Train and educate staff on menu offerings, food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service techniques.
Manage inventory levels of breakfast supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the breakfast area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Interacting with parents and guardians.
Monitor guest satisfaction during breakfast service and address any concerns promptly.
Organise and conduct activities at the club for the young people.
Coordinate with the team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate others effectively.
A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, afternoons and holidays as required.
Previous experience working with young people is essential.
