MLH Club Limited is looking for a Breakfast and Afterschool Club - Play Worker with experience in NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare that supports the development of children to work within our setting in Addiscombe, Croydon required for 2 or 3 mornings to assist with our Breakfast Club between the hours of 7:30am to 9:00am (Monday - Friday) and additional hours in our Afterschool Club (between the hours of 2:00pm - 6:00pm ) (and Holiday Clubs 7:00am to 6:00pm).
Person Specification:
We are looking for an enthused individual, fun and who loves playing and caring for primary school children from the ages of 3 to 11+ years in our Out of School Clubs.
You must show diligence in everything you do and have a positive attitude, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to join in all activities including school drop-offs.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be ensuring that the children are safe and happily engaged at all times. Assist in planning; collecting the children from their respective schools; helping to set up and put away equipment and toys; serve breakfast/tea, engage in activities (indoors and outdoors) and carry out administrative tasks including completing risk assessments, accident and incident forms, etc.
The successful candidate will be part of a diverse team supporting the children from several local primary schools within Croydon.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
