Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Breakfast & Brunch Chef to join our team at an Award winning Middle Eastern-inspired cafe in Winchmore Hill, North London. A service chef who has experience in doing prep.
Shifts: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays + 1 weekday (all day-time)
The Role:
Part-time with 18-24 hours per week over 3-4 days Fri/Sat/Sun availability is a must, only day-time shifts You will be supporting our Head Chef in service as a
service/ grill/ prep chef
Must have previous experience in serving breakfast and brunch in a busy environment We make everything in house so knowledge and previous experience in prep is necessarySalary:
14 - 15/hr + tipsResponsibilities:
Prepare breakfast/brunch menu to a high quality Knowledge of food preparation and mis-en-place organisation Maintain professional kitchen cleanliness at all times
Experience needed:
Min. 2-year experience as service chef
