Plas Dinas is an award-winning historic Country House set in Snowdonia, North Wales. Formerly the home of the Armstrong-Jones family, we offer you ten individually styled bedrooms with five star comforts in historic yet relaxed surroundings in beautiful grounds.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our friendly and award-winning team.
A regular but flexible week rota can work around the commitments of the successful candidate.
Starting at 7:15am, a short preparation will lead into cooking a selection of breakfasts for up to 24 guests. Following a clean down after breakfast, you will continue with some preparation duties for either afternoon teas or dinner services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with necessary supplies Prepare food for service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the staff Answer, report and follow chef's instructions Clean up stations and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Skills
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practices
