We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Breakfast Chef to join our team. Our Breakfast Chef will act as the culinary leader of Breakfast service and must display exceptional cooking skills and creativity. Along with preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, duties include working as a united team with a breakfast service team overseeing inventory and maintaining kitchen safety standards. Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality Manage breakfast service and ensure timely preparation for guest satisfaction Monitor stock levels and inform Head Chef of shortages Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area at all times Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

About You:

Previous experience in a similar Breakfast Chef role (preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for food and presentation Excellent time management and organisational skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Eligible to work in the UK
