Duties
Oversee morning kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, including minimising waste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
