About us

Combe House Hotel is a privately owned 17 bedroom hotel in Somerset's Quantock Hills. We pride ourselves in delivering a great range of food served in our restaurant backed up with friendly service. We also cater for corporate guests and private functions, such as weddings and private parties. We take great pride in our team of friendly staff who, over time, have built our fine reputation. This particular role would suit someone who is looking for part time hours in a professional kitchen environment.

Breakfast cook required for immediate start, working for 20-30 hours per week in a 17 bedroom privately owned hotel. Morning shift pattern from 7.30 - 12.30/2, with occasional weekends, and the opportunity to gain more hours working during evening service. You will be responsible for providing cooked breakfast menu items. Additionally involved in supporting Head chef with preparation of lunch and dinner menu items.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced and passionate about providing high quality food without the commitment to the hours required and expected of a full time chef position.
