We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef . The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes,, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.. The Chef will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
Excellent culinary skills with a flair for presentation
Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential
Position could include accommodation by negotiation

Pay: 13.00 per hour
