Breakfast Chef - The Orchard Hotel (Falkirk)
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at The Orchard Hotel. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and enjoys the early start of a breakfast shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a consistent, high standard
- Follow set recipes and preparation methods accurately
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Work independently and use initiative when needed
- Support occasional day or evening service as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a breakfast chef or similar role is essential
- Must be prepared to start early mornings
- Able to work occasional day and evening shifts
- Health & Hygiene certification required
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to follow clear instructions
- Living locally is preferred due to early starts
Hours:
24-36 hours per week, depending on experience and rota requirements
