Summary

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your culinary and kitchen experience to lead a small team, fostering a collaborative environment. Your core skills in food preparation and hospitality will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience. With your premium skills in team management and supervising, you will help streamline food production and maintain a well-organized kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to high culinary standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen. Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily food production operations. Lead and train team members to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory, ensuring a well-organized workspace.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on breakfast menu items Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
