We are recruiting for a skilled Breakfast Chef /Professional Cook trained in all aspects of food preparation, specialising in breakfast service. You will need to be an early bird, starting at 06.30, be at your stove flipping eggs by 07.00, ready to be wrapped up by 12.30. The position is part-time on a rotating, Four-Day, then Three-Day, week pattern.

Key objectives / purpose of the role

To delight our guests with excellent cooking according to the Chef's recipes and specifications including high quality presentation. To support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success for the Hotel. You will ensure the breakfast offering is prepared in line with business levels and recipe cards are followed to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:

Minimum experience of 1year previous hotel/hospitality work experience at a Breakfast Chef level Experience in working in kitchens Level 2 or 3 Food Safety (HACCP) Ability to produce quality meals each time Ability to communicate with employees, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organise workload and decision making ability Excellent customer care skills Excellent presentation and appearance Ability to deliver quality and a high standards consistantly
