Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team at our family-owned and run hotel. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to preparing high-quality breakfasts in a calm and well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast to a consistent high standard for hotel guests. Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean, tidy and comply with food hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant person of any shortages. Work efficiently to serve breakfast within set service times. Maintain clear communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Comply with all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. Use previous experience to manage multiple orders calmly and efficiently.

Position Details:

Part-Time Role: 20 hours per week. Work Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00am Tuesday - Sunday.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a breakfast chef or similar role is essential. Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Consistent and punctual, with a calm and methodical approach. Flexible and willing to adapt to varying levels of demand.
