Job description
This hotel is situated in the heart of the town centre and is part of a well-established group, it boasts 123 bedrooms along with a bar, dining areas and conference facilities attracting both business and leisure based guests.
We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef on 25 hour contract to join a busy and developing kitchen team.
The ideal applicant will need to be able to follow instructions and use their initiative but most importantly work in a team and to implement fresh ideas.
This role would include ensuring preparation and presentation of breakfast service of a high standard, supporting the Kitchen Manager and maintaining standards of cleanliness in the kitchen complying with company standards and legal requirements.
You would need to be flexible, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
Hours are 5:30am-10:30/12pm as well as weekends.
Hourly Rate would be NMW and experience in a previous role would be preferable.
